Digital Products
Nameaning sells digital reports and related digital content. Because digital content may be delivered or made accessible immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
When We May Issue a Refund
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You paid but could not access the purchased report due to a technical issue we could not resolve.
- The wrong product was charged because of a system error.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Refund Request Window
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Include the email used for purchase, the approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Dissatisfaction with a generated name, reading, interpretation, or personal outcome does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Future Subscriptions
If Nameaning later offers subscription products, subscription cancellation and renewal terms will be shown before purchase and added to this Policy.
