By using Nameaning, you agree to these Terms.

What Nameaning Provides

Nameaning provides Chinese name recommendations, cultural naming explanations, and BaZi-inspired readings for personal, educational, and cultural reference.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nameaning. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and not to misuse another person's account.

User Inputs

You are responsible for the information you submit. You give Nameaning permission to process your submitted information to provide name generation, reports, saved history, support, and related services.

Generated Results

Generated names, explanations, readings, and reports may be created using rule-based naming logic, curated data, and AI-assisted drafting or refinement. Results may contain errors or may not fit every cultural, personal, legal, or professional context.

No Professional Advice

Nameaning does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, psychological, employment, or other professional advice. BaZi-based readings, career, wealth, relationship, health, fortune, and related content are for cultural, educational, entertainment, and personal reference only.

Use of Chinese Names

A Chinese name generated by Nameaning is not a legal name unless you separately complete any required legal name-change process. You are responsible for deciding where and how to use any name.

Payments and Refunds

Some features or reports may require payment. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Nameaning to violate laws, impersonate others, scrape or attack the service, reverse engineer protected systems, submit harmful content, or use generated content for high-stakes decisions without independent professional review.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms from time to time.
